At AMA Med Spa, we value our clients' time and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure the smooth operation of our services, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the scheduled service cost. Timely cancellations allow us to accommodate other clients on our waiting list and optimize our practitioner schedules. In the event of a genuine emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. Clients arriving late may experience a shortened session with the full service fee still applicable. It is essential to cancel or reschedule by calling (905) 553-0910 during business hours, and emails or voicemails outside business hours will be accepted but are the client's responsibility to ensure receipt. Multiple last-minute cancellations may result in the requirement of prepayment for future appointments. By scheduling with us, clients acknowledge and agree to adhere to this cancellation policy.
